Workshop Safety – Closed in shoes must be worn at all times.  Long hair must be tied back or in a hair net. When operating machinery protective eye and ear where must be worn at all times. If you do not have your own set of eye glasses and ear plugs, they are supplied in the workshop for your convenience and safety.

Missed Lessons – For the Introductory and regular classes. If you are unable to attend your allotted class time make up lessons are available. You will need to book a time in one of our other classes, subject to availability, to make up your missed lesson. These must be within the term in which the lesson was missed; credits will not be given for the next term. All efforts will be made to allow you to make up for time lost.

Cancellation Fee –  For Sharpening and Weekend courses. If you cancel up to a month prior to the course commencing you will receive a full refund. Cancellation 30 days – 7 days prior to the course commencing a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply, cancellation inside 7 days prior to the course commencing no refund on paid monies will apply.
For regular the 8 week introductory course if your position can be filled there will only be a $50.00 cancellation fee, however if we are unable to fill your spot the above cancellation fees also apply.
